机构节点初始存款

作为本地治理令牌，KTO主要是作为奖励产生的，在发行前，第一批信誉良好的机构有义务存入一定数量的USDT作为抵押品作为结点。这部分资产只有在获得至少1M KTO后才能撤回，以限制其行为并有效防止其在提供数据时伪造或不诚实的表现。适当的节点选举系统将很快面世，KTO的承诺量将被视为非常重要的参考维度。

Institution Nodes Initial Deposit

As native governance token, KTO is mostly generated as reward, before its issuance, the first batch of reputable institutions are obligated to deposit a certain amount of USDT as collateral to be nodes. This part of assets can only be withdrawn after the they obtain at least 1M KTO, so as to restrict their behavior and effectively prevent them from falsifying or performing dishonestly when providing data. Proper election system of nodes will be available soon, and the amount of KTO pledged will be regarded as a very important reference dimension.
